The Sapphire Package

A fantastic feature that sets Blue Rose Weddings apart from other officiants—-live piano melodies! This mid-tier package has everything in the standard package with the added feature of live piano music! Here is what you receive with the Sapphire package:

Before the Wedding

  • The Initial Meeting: This is when we get to know each other and begin working as a marriage team. In this initial meeting, we will dive into the details of your story as individuals, the details of your love story as a couple, and the details of your wedding day preferences.

  • The SYMBIS Counseling Session: SYMBIS stands for “Save Your Marriage Before It Starts.” This is one of the features that sets Blue Rose Weddings apart from other wedding services. In this premarital counseling session, we work together to make sure you have the tools, knowledge, and strategies for a strong, healthy, and long-lasting marriage.

  • The Ceremony Creation: This is when we collaborate on the timeline of your actual day, including the creation of a customized ceremony script that reflects your unique love story. We will work through the draft and all revisions until your ceremony is exactly what you are looking for.

  • Song Selection: Approximately four weeks before the wedding, you will select the piano songs you want to include during each part of the ceremony (seating of guests, entrance of each partner, newlywed’s exit music)

During the Wedding

  • Piano Music: Before the ceremony, guests will be greeted with lovely piano melodies as they take their seats. Upon the arrival of the wedding couple, your chosen songs will be played (one for each partner). At the end of the ceremony, your chosen selection will be played as you exit the aisle as a newly married couple.

  • The Ceremony: This is the magical moment! The ceremony consists of directing the crowd, introducing the day, sharing your love story, engaging your family and friends, and bringing a magic and uniqueness to your day!

  • The Marriage License: After the vows, ring exchange, the kiss, and the “I do’s” have all taken place, I will ensure the license is signed by both of you as well as the appropriate witnesses. The license will then be secured and prepared for future filing so that you can enjoy your hassle-free day!

  • Cocktail / Dinner Piano Music: During the reception, piano music will be played in the background during cocktails and the meal. (The length of time is determined by you and your wedding DJ).

After the Wedding

  • Filing the License: The state requires official filing of the marriage license within 10 days of the wedding. This will be completely taken care of for you (with certified copies) so that you can focus on your marriage as newlyweds!

  • Monthly Check-In: Another service that sets Blue Rose Weddings apart from the rest is the monthly check in with you as a brand new married couple! For your entire first year of marriage, you will receive a digital copy of the “Marriage Matters” newsletter to help reinforce the tools and strategies necessary for a strong and healthy marriage.
